Particularly nice breakfast, clean hotel, marvellous location in the traditional restaurant. Really kind staff, new-fashioned deluxe double room. Clean fully equipped bathroom. Location next to a beautifully designed and well-maintained garden as well as centre of the village of Arbanasi. Overall really nice stay for the whole 6 nights of our stay.

this was our second stay in arbanasi and arbanashki han hotelcomplex was just as impressive as the first time. the spacious and clean room, amazing spa facilities, and helpful staff exceeded our expectations. we even got a late checkout without any extra cost.

The rooms are new-fashioned and huge with garden, a "double bed ", as example. Very good staff and really make it a good place to stay.

The restaurant here offers a delicious menu with tasty dishes, and the staff is very friendly and attentive around the clock.

Coziest hotel ever! Super cozy rooms, always a pleasant and welcoming environment, it even had fireplaces in the reception and in the restaurant! the best part about this place is the lovely garden - a beautiful common grassy area/summer garden in the middle of the complex. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the relaxing vibes. the hotel restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast buffet was great, especially being able to enjoy it next to the playground. Our kids had a blast running around and playing on the swings and see-saw.

The spa room had some issues, with the saunas and jacuzzi not always functioning properly. the sauna was either too hot or too cold, and the hot bench was unexpectedly cold.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, set in a small park-like setting in a very quiet area. It was so relaxing to be surrounded by the lovely garden and terrace. The service was impeccable, with car hire, housekeeping, and laundry all taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the sitting area, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Arbanasi.

The food was delicious and plentiful, especially the traditional dishes. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free parking. the beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable, as did the friendly staff.

The only other downside was the occasional noise from nearby events, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

The hotel’s restaurant has a delicious menu and excellent service from the staff. They even offer umbrellas on rainy days. The friendly personnel and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel make it a great spot to stay. The timber floors in the spacious rooms add a rustic touch that we appreciated.

The service at reception needs improvement.

The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, with a great bathroom and shower. The entire complex, from the restaurant and reception area to the tavern and gardens, was beautifully maintained. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was incredible, surpassing my expectations with a variety of hot food, fruits, cereals, hot drinks. I also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant with excellent service.
